NMI Merchant Login — Access Your Transaction Dashboard
The NMI Merchant Console is the primary portal for business owners who process card payments through the NMI gateway. From this dashboard you can run transactions, issue refunds, manage recurring billing, and pull detailed reports.

How to Access the NMI Merchant Console
The NMI merchant console is located at secure.nmi.com. This is the direct gateway login for merchants who process transactions through NMI. If your ISO or reseller gave you a custom-branded URL, use that instead — it connects to the same backend.
Step 1: Get Your Credentials
Your ISO or payment facilitator provides your merchant login credentials when your account is provisioned. The credentials include a username (usually your email) and a temporary password. If you never received these, contact your reseller or visit our login help page.
Step 2: Navigate to the Portal
Open your browser and go to the merchant console URL. Always verify the SSL certificate (padlock icon) before entering credentials. Bookmark this page to avoid phishing risks in the future.
Step 3: Enter Username and Password
Type your credentials carefully. Passwords are case-sensitive. If MFA is enabled on your account, you will be prompted for a second factor — typically a code from an authenticator app or an SMS message.
Step 4: Access Your Dashboard
After successful authentication you land on the merchant dashboard. The default view shows recent transactions, batch status, and quick-action buttons for common tasks.
Not a merchant?
If you are an ISO, reseller, or partner, you need the Partner Portal instead. USAePay users should visit the USAePay login page.

Troubleshooting Merchant Login
If you cannot access the merchant console, check these common issues:
- Wrong portal — Make sure you are on the merchant console, not the partner portal. See NMI Login for a portal comparison.
- Invalid credentials — Passwords are case-sensitive. Try resetting via the Forgot Password link.
- Account locked — After multiple failed attempts, accounts lock for 30 minutes. Contact your ISO to unlock immediately.
- MFA issues — Ensure your authenticator app is time-synced. Use backup codes if available.

Merchant Login FAQ
Where is the NMI merchant login page?
The merchant console is at secure.nmi.com. If your ISO provided a custom-branded URL, use that — it connects to the same NMI backend.
How do I get my merchant login credentials?
Your ISO or payment facilitator provides credentials when provisioning your account. Check your email for a welcome message. If you cannot find it, contact your reseller.
