NMI Partner Login — ISO & Reseller Portal Access
The NMI Partner Portal is designed for ISOs (Independent Sales Organizations), ISVs (Independent Software Vendors), and resellers who manage multiple merchant accounts through the NMI gateway. This dashboard provides tools for onboarding, residual reporting, and portfolio management.
What Is the NMI Partner Portal?
The partner portal is a separate login from the merchant console. While merchants use their console to process individual transactions, partners use this portal to oversee their entire merchant portfolio. Key capabilities include merchant onboarding, residual and commission reporting, merchant-level transaction monitoring, and white-label configuration.
If you are an ISO or reseller working with NMI, this is your primary administrative interface. The portal URL is provided by NMI when your partner agreement is finalized. If you never received your credentials, contact NMI partner support or your upstream provider.
How to Access the Partner Portal
Step 1: Locate Your Portal URL
Partner portal URLs vary by organization. NMI may provide a standard URL or a white-labeled version under your brand. Check the partnership welcome email for the exact address.
Step 2: Enter Partner Credentials
Use the username and password assigned during partner onboarding. Partner accounts are separate from merchant accounts — even if you also process transactions, your partner login is different from your merchant login.
Step 3: Complete MFA
Partner portals typically require multi-factor authentication due to the sensitive nature of portfolio data. Have your authenticator app ready.

Partner Login FAQ
Is the partner login different from the merchant login?
Yes. The partner portal and merchant console are completely separate systems with different URLs and credentials. Partners manage merchants; merchants manage transactions. See the NMI Login hub for a comparison.
How do I onboard a new merchant through the partner portal?
After logging in, navigate to the onboarding section and submit a new merchant application. NMI reviews the application and provisions the account. You can track status from the portal dashboard.
Can I see my residuals in real time?
Residual reports are typically updated monthly after batch settlements are finalized. The exact timing depends on your partner agreement. Check the reporting section for the most recent data.
Not a partner? If you process payments directly, you need the NMI Merchant Login. For USAePay access, visit USAePay Login.
