USAePay Login — Access Your Console & Merchant Dashboard

USAePay is a payment gateway now owned by NMI (Network Merchants, Inc.). If you are a USAePay merchant, your login portal is separate from the main NMI gateway. This page explains how to access your USAePay console, what to do if you have trouble signing in, and how USAePay relates to the broader NMI platform.

Which USAePay Portal Is Yours?

USAePay has multiple login portals depending on your role. Choosing the wrong one is the most common cause of login failures.

USAePay Console

The primary merchant dashboard for processing transactions, viewing reports, and managing settings. Most USAePay users need this portal. Merchant guide →

USAePay Reseller

For ISOs and resellers managing multiple USAePay merchants. Separate credentials from merchant accounts.

NMI Gateway

If your account was migrated to the NMI platform, you may need the NMI Login instead. Check your recent emails from NMI for migration notices.

How to Log In to USAePay

Step 1: Go to the USAePay Console

The official USAePay login is at usaepay.com. Navigate directly — do not click links from unexpected emails. Verify the padlock icon in your browser.

Step 2: Enter Your Credentials

Enter the username and password provided by your reseller or ISO when your account was set up. Passwords are case-sensitive.

Step 3: Select Your Source Key

USAePay may prompt you to select a source key if your account has multiple processing endpoints. Choose the one that matches your active merchant account.

Step 4: Access the Dashboard

After authentication you land on the USAePay console where you can process transactions, view batches, manage the Customer Database, and configure gateway settings.

Migration Notice

NMI acquired USAePay in 2021. Some accounts have been migrated to the NMI platform. If your USAePay login stopped working, check whether you received a migration email with new NMI credentials. See What Is USAePay? for details.

  • Forgot password — Use the password reset link on the USAePay login page. You will need access to the email associated with your account.
  • Browser issues — Clear cache and cookies, or try a different browser. USAePay works best in Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.
